You can create any type of application or back-end service, and everything needed to run and scale your application with high availability is managed for you that service executes your code in reply to events and eventually controls the fundamental compute resources for you. No charges when your code is not running, you only charge for the compute time you utilize.

Amazon Lambda helps you to run your code for virtually for any type of application or back-end service which do not require any administration. Amazon Lambda takes caution of everything needed to run and scale your code with high availability, you just need to upload your code. You can set up your code to activate from other AWS services or call it directly from any web or mobile app.

AWS Lambda Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of AWS Lambda (“Lambda”) under the terms of the AWS Customer Agreement or other agreement with us governing your use of our Services (the “Agreement”). Amazon announced a service level agreement (SLA) for AWS Lambda. Amazon Lambda will be available for each AWS region through any monthly billing circle. You will be qualified to accept Service Credit as mentioned in the AWS Lambda Service Level Agreement. SLA works individually on each account which is using Amazon Lambda.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is now accessible in all regions where Amazon Lambda is accessible. For more information about AWS Lambda, go through the AWS region table.
