Amazon Lex Bots can be now added to any region where the Amazon Lex is available to any Amazon Connect instances. Amazon Lex Bots can be used with the Amazon Connect Instances in Asia Pacific Sydney and EU Frankfurt AWS Regions. Earlier you could only use the Amazon Lex bots that are created in the same region as the Amazon connects instances. First, choose the Amazon Lex bots that you want to use it with the Amazon Connect or you can create a new one from the Amazon Lex console. After that select the region where Amazon Lex bots are created using the new Region drop-down list and then assign the bots to the instances.
