Amazon Connect is now System and Organization Control compliant

AWS has announced that Amazon connect is now SOC measures compliant. SOC reports are an independent third party examination report that shows how Amazon Web Services gains key compliance objectives and control. Amazon Web Services maintains System and Organization Control compliance via extensive third-party audits of Amazon Web Services Controls. These audits make sure that the right procedures and safeguards are in place to protect against the security risk that can affect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of company and customer data. The results of the third party audits are available on the Amazon Web Services System and Organization Control site where the auditors can access the published reports to get more Intel about the control established to support the AWS compliance and operations.
