Amazon Transcribe adds support for Channel Identification that can identify and label transcripts based on the channel

Amazon Transcribe delivers automatic speech recognition service that adds speech to the text where the developers can easily add this capability to their applications for more advanced and efficient application service. AWS has announced that Amazon Transcribe has added a feature called Channel Identification that generates a single transcript of the speech where the channel adds the note on which it is been spoken and processes audio featuring multiple channels. Customer contact centers can leverage channel identification feature that generates transcription from various channel recordings of the customer calls. The customer call recordings are recorded on two separate channels and then it is merged together. So Amazon Transcribe identifies the two channels and then generates an orderly merged transcript with the channel labels.
