Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud Spot can now Encrypt ECS volumes at the launch time

Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud Sport can now encrypt the Elastic Block Store volumes. Elastic Compute Cloud Spot can generate an encrypted EBS volume at the launch so that now there isn’t any necessity to boot from an encrypted AMI or encrypted snapshot. While submitting a spot request you have to specify “Encrypted true” as the behavior of the encryption within the block device mappings so that to utilize this new feature. When you mention “Encryption true”, the Spot will encrypt the Elastic Block Store Volume at the launch time and build encrypted volumes. If there is an encrypted EBS already then you need to mention the snapshot ID without the “Encrypted” flag and the spot will continue to generate encrypted volumes in the existing encrypted Elastic Block Store snapshot.
