Amazon Relational Database Performance Insights is now generally available

Amazon Relational Database Performance Insights monitors and diagnose the Amazon RDS Database that provides you the insights to assess the load on the database. This helps in determining as to where and when to take the necessary action with detection of performance problems. AWS announced that Amazon Relational Database Service Performance Insights is now generally available. The customer will get a free-tier of 7 days of data retention and a paid version of long-term data retention option. You need to login to the RDS Management Console for enabling Performance Insights for an existing or a new database instances or to view the Performance Insights dashboards.
