Launching AWS License Manager

AWS License Manager blends with AWS services to untangle the management of licenses over several AWS accounts, IT catalogs, and on premises, with only one AWS account. AWS License Manager is a platform that used to control licenses in AWS and on premises servers from software vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and IBM. AWS License Manager allows administrators to build customized licensing rules which reproduce the terms of their licensing contracts, and then implements these rules when an instance of EC2 gets started. These rules can be used to bound licensing infractions like utilization of more licenses than a contract stipulates or reallocating licenses to divergent servers by Administrators. Administrators controls visibility of their each licenses with the AWS License Manager dashboard and minimize the risk of non-compliance, misreporting, and extra charges due to licensing surplus. These rules in AWS License Manager allows you to limit a licensing violations by physically terminating the instance from initiating or by informing administrators about the violations.
