AWS Budgets can be used as a resource for CloudFormation Templates, Stacks and StackSets

AWS Budgets can now be utilized as a resource for AWS CloudFormation templates, StacksSets and stacks. AWS budgets offer the customer the capability to set custom budgets that will alert you when the usage or cost exceeds the limit. Budgets can be created at an aggregate level or at a granular level. You can use AWS CloudFormation to create, delete and edit the budgets and you can integrate the budget into the automated infrastructure deployments.
