Amazon Workdocs now enables the users to specify the site-wide data retention policy for the user’s folders and files. By implementing data retention policy allows the users to retain user deleted files and folders that have been removed from the user recycle bins during the retention policy period. Retention Policies are implemented to all folders and files in the WorkDocs Site. The Retention Policy can be accustomed from the default 60 days from the value ranging from 0 to 365 days. By utilizing the data retention policy it will help the user to address the compliance and business policy requirements for disposing and retaining of the content.
