The Amazon Web Services Quick Start team and the solution architects with the collaboration with AWS partners have announced three new integrations with Amazon connect. Qualtrak Evaluate, VoiceBase and Perficient are the three new integrations added to Amazon Connect. Qualtrak Evaluate is an agent evaluation, online training and quality monitoring for contact centers. VoiceBase is an Analytics with automatic machine transcription and speech recognition and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Data dip by Perficient is a Data exchange with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the Amazon Connect Contact flows.
