Amazon Web Service Support Center is now redesigned to provide enhanced support resources

The Amazon Web Service Support Center has now redesigned so to help effectively in resolving the Amazon Web Service Support questions promptly and to notify you about issues that are likely to come up via an easy co-operation of resources, tools, and information. The AWS support center now supports Health events in Addition to opening and managing support cases which will affect your infrastructure and a description of Trusted Advisor Checks that are pending investigation. Knowledge Center resources that accompany in resolving support issues are now filed prominently along with the selection of famous videos and articles for quick guidance and assistance within the dashboard. AWS is continuously trying to innovate the Support Center via customized tools and resources which is originated from the Amazon Web Service Infrastructure.
