Amazon Connect gets a new update that allows you to import and export contacts flows

Amazon Connect Contact Flow Import and Export beta now allows the users to import contact flow into and also export contact flows from the Amazon Connect instance. Amazon Contact Flows are utilized to specify the path the customers take to find a solution for their issue. The users can conveniently move the contact flows from the test environment to the production environment by copying them from one region to another as they expand their customer service organization or can also share contact flow with others. Exported contact flows can be used to create backup copies and used as the version control for the contact flows.
