Amazon Connect Flow Logs now provision Customer Interaction Details

Amazon Connect Contact Flow logs now provision real-time details about events. Contact Flows are utilized to specify the path of a customer to find a solution for their issue. The contact logs can be viewed to understand the process during the interaction so that they can keep track to quickly identify areas to work on for improvement in the contact center. The Amazon Connect contact flow log develops a login for Amazon CloudWatch logs which is a cloud monitoring service. This will help in analyzing the performance of the contact flows to improve the support experience for the customers.
