Amazon Web Service announced that HIPAA is now available for Amazon Workdocs and it is PCI DSS compliant. You can use Amazon Workdocs for HIPAA-compliant file storage and collaboration when you have executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AWS that includes files that consist of protecting health information. If you have sensitive card holder data then you can use PCI DSS compliance to store and the files can collaborate on Amazon WorkDocs. You can find information about PCI compliant service and HIPAA eligibility on AWS services in Scope by Compliance Program (https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/services-in-scope/). This new updated feature is available in all AWS Regions where the Amazon Workdocs are available.
