Amazon CloudWatch has increased the API limits and the Rules

Amazon Web Services have announced that CloudWatch Events have increased the limits of the API Limits and the rules. The All CloudWatch Events APIs except PutEvents request limits is now reached 50 requests per second where previously it was 5 requests per second. PutEvents API request has reached to 400 requests per second where previously it was 10 requests per second. The number of Rules is also increased to 100 rules per region per account where previously it was only 50 rules. You can also increase the limit if you want to by requesting it through your account.
