Amazon playing hard on Employees who are planning to quit to join AWS Competitors

Employees at Amazon Web Services have to think twice before quitting their job because of the new laws that have been enforced on the employment policy. Employees who quit the jobs and join AWS current competitors may face a law suit.

Recently Gene Ferrell was sued by preventing him from working in the Smart sheet. But it is not the case with every employee in AWS. Dorothy Copeland left AWS to take a similar role at IBM and Adam Selipsky who also left AWS to become a CEO at Tableau Software. Employees at AWS are being careful and cautious before making a career decision.
