AWS Database migration service now not only it will be used for migrations but it can be also used for replication of the data

With the latest update in the AWS Data Migration Service, you can now use AWS DMS not only for migration purpose but you can also now replicate the data frequently using the change data capture to record the changes in the transaction log. The native Change data capture starts points let you control the replication start point precisely by using the log sequence numbers that are defined by the database such as the SCN for Oracle or LSN in the SQL Server. AWS has also introduced the DMS checkpoints where you can stop the replication task and then set a checkpoint to resume the replication from the transaction log.
