Amazon Polly allows you to define maximum amount of time for the speech to complete

Amazon Polly allows you to turn the text into speech by building the application to talk and create a new section of speech-enabled applications. Amazon Polly has released a new feature where the users can automatically adjust the speech rate on the time that is defined by the user. This update helps for many use cases when it comes to localization. So for example, if you translate the video into German then the speed of the content will not match the German translation speech rate compared to the English translation speech rate. With the latest update, you can now make the dubbing procedure much easier.
