Amazon Connect now enables users to set called ID phone number for outbound calls

Amazon Connect enables you to set a caller ID phone number for the outbound calls so that the recipient can recognize the number. This will help in for the customers to use the same number they received to specify return calls. Now when the users have multiple telephone number and lot of outbound calls are made then it becomes difficult for the recipient to recognize that the number is from the same company. With this new feature, the caller ID will be displaced or the user can display the phone number from the particular customer accounts type or the specific line of the business.
