Amazon CloudWatch has introduced an update that can allow the users to hide the Auto Scaling Alarms in the CloudWatch console. Auto Scaling Alarms are the CloudWatch Alarms that utilize the actions to effectively scale the Auto Scaling groups to manage the load of the application. You can hide the Auto-Scaling alarms from being displayed in the Amazon CloudWatch Console with the other CloudWatch alarms. The Alarms counter on the sidebar displays a number of alarms in each state that will be displayed on the selection.
