Amazon Relational Database Service for Oracle now supports the Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c

Amazon Relational Database Service for Oracle has now added new support that is Oracle Management Agent for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c1 and 13c2. Oracle Enterprise Management provides web-based tools to manage and monitor the Oracle Databases. Amazon Relational Database Service for Oracle installs Oracle Management Agent that communicates with the Oracle Management Service to offer monitoring information. To operate the Oracle Management Agent for Oracle Enterprise Management 13c click on to “Option Groups” in the Amazon Web Service Management Console and add the Oracle Enterprise Management Agent to the existing or new option group and then configure it to Agent_Version to “13.1.0.0 or 13.2.0.0. You also require to set up the option settings and the Oracle Management Service host name, agent registration and port password to enable Oracle Management Agent on the Amazon Relational Database Instances to communicate with the existing OMS stack.
