You can create a new default VPC by Amazon Virtual Private Cloud

Now the customer’s don’t have to contact the AWS support when the default VPC has been deleted because now you create a new default VPC straight from the console using CLI. Amazon Virtual Private Cloud has now made it possible by letting customers create their own default VPC and this is a self-service feature. If the VPCs accidentally gets deleted you can now take remedial actions by creating automatically of new default VPC using the API.
