Amazon announced that they have updated Customer Agreement by reconstructing the terms of the AWS Customer Agreement into a better agreement related to intellectual property rights. With the latest customer agreements, they will be offering uncapped IP infringement protection and eliminate the patent non-asset clause. There is no need to take any action for the AWS customers to benefit to the online AWS Customer Agreement. The update of latest AWS Customer Agreement (https://aws.amazon.com/agreement/) came into effect on June 28th, 2017 which applies to all the customers of the Amazon Web Services.
