Amazon now planning to take over Call Centre’s Business

Amazon Web Services is developing a set of cloud-based tools to provide the enterprises with a service that can help them manage their call centres whereas they developed for its own retail call centres. But this may be a wake-up call for many people. The way is going to work is Alexa will be answering the questions on the phone or by a text message. It also comes to the knowledge that they will also employ Lex, a chatbot building service.

The Project is on the hold because CafeX has filed a federal trademark lawsuit against Amazon Web Services. CafeX provides an online conferencing and collaboration system which is also called Chime.
