Now Amazon Lex offers assistance for Conversation Logs
Amazon Lex is an entirely organised service for creating conversational interfaces into any application with voice and text. Amazon Lex gives the advanced deep learning functionalities of automatic speech recognition (ASR) for translating speech to text, and natural language understanding (NLU) to identify the intent of the text, to allow you to design applications with extremely occupying user experiences and realistic conversational interactions. Amazon Lex controls the dialogue and dynamically modifies the responses in the conversation. The deep learning technologies that control Amazon Alexa are now accessible to any developer, allowing you to fast and simply create sophisticated, natural language, conversational bots (“chatbots”).
