Amazon Aurora obtainable in the AWS Americas (São Paulo) AWS Region

Amazon Aurora is completely organised by Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), which automates lengthy administration processes like hardware provisioning, database setup, patching, and backups. Amazon Aurora is a MySQL and PostgreSQL-compatible relational database designed for the cloud, which merges the performance and availability of traditional enterprise databases with the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of open source databases. Amazon Aurora is up to 5X quicker than standard MySQL databases and 3X faster than standard PostgreSQL databases. Amazon Aurora gives the security, availability, and reliability of commercial databases at 1/10th the cost. Now Amazon Aurora is available to users in the AWS Americas (São Paulo) region with MySQL compatibility and Amazon Aurora with PostgreSQL compatibility. Aurora automatically and constantly observes and backs up your database to Amazon S3, allowing granular point-in-time recovery.
