AWS Certificate Manager now PCI, ISO and SOC acceptable

AWS Certificate Manager is a service that allows you easily provision, manage, and deploy public and private Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) certificates for utilization with AWS services and your internal connected resources. Now, AWS Certificate Manager is PCI DSS compliant; ISO 9001, 27001, 27017, 27018 certified; SOC 1,2 and 3 compliant; and has been included to the AWS Services In Scope listings. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a proprietary information security standard administered by the PCI Security Standards Council. ISO (International Standards Organization) compliance guarantee that products and services are secure, reliable and of good quality. AWS SOC (System and Organization Controls) reports are individual third-party examination reports that shows how AWS gains key compliance controls and objectives. SOC reporting offers customers and users with an individual assessment of AWS' control environment suitable to system security, availability, and confidentiality.
