AWS Direct Connection integrates with 3 new contact center solutions to easily set up and manage contacts

Amazon Connect integrations with contact center solutions are designed to be seamless and quickly deployed in just a few simple steps. These integrations are developed by the AWS partners with the AWS Quick Start team & Solution architects.  Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center solution that enables the business to deliver excellent customer service at a lower cost. The three new integrations are Callminer Eureka, Aspect WFM, and Acqueon Engagement Cloud. CallMiner Eureka offers insights over customer engagement analytics. Aspect WFM allows you to monitor real-time adherence to schedules and features agent productivity statistics. Acqueon Engagement Cloud offers outbound voice dialer with scheduling, segmentation, real-time lead filtering and prioritization.
