AWS Secrets Manager can help the customers to maintain HIPAA in the AWS Cloud

AWS Secrets Manager can be used to manage secrets for applications that are accountable to US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliance requirements. AWS will make it convenient for the customers to use the AWS Environment to store, process and maintain protect health information that is liable to HIPAA. AWS Secrets Manager is a secrets management service that protect the access to the services, application and IT resources. It will allow you to retrieve, manage and rotate database credentials, API keys and other secrets throughout the lifecycle.
