Amazon QuickSight has announced pay per session pricing, Private Virtual Private Cloud connectivity and more

Amazon QuickSight will now offer pay-per session pricing where at first it will be among the business analytics services. You can now enable interactive data-driven dashboard for the organization and only pay when the user access the dashboard. This will make Amazon QuickSight even more cost-effective way for the customers to make it more personalized business analytics available for everyone whether it is tens, hundreds and thousands of users. This feature is available in all the AWS regions. Private VPC connectivity is also now generally available which will help the customers to securely connect the QuickSight to the data source with the Virtual Private Clouds as well as on-premises without any need to deploy any gateway or agent and also without any need of data traversing the public internet.
