When your sensitive data in transit is encrypted then it ensures that the plaintext data is not available to any third party even including Amazon Web Services. The Amazon DynamoDB Encryption Clients consist of secure encryption and signing. It utilizes the cryptographic materials from any source and it does not require Amazon Web Services or any AWS Service. It is been designed especially for DynamoDB Applications and also offers interoperable language implementation in Python and Java.
