You can now easily migrate with Amazon Cognito for smooth user experience

You can now migrate the existing application's user to the Amazon Cognito user pools more easily. User pools can be scaled to hundreds of millions of users with the managed user directories. You can now migrate users automatically when you log in to the application next time while allowing users to continue utilizing their existing passwords. Amazon Cognito checks when the user's signs into the application to see if the users already exist in the user pool. Amazon Cognito allows you to call a custom AWS Lambda function by using the in-built Lambda trigger and copies the user’s profile from the existing application directory to the user pool. You can now customize the migration steps that are based on the necessities of the application by utilizing the Lambda function.
