Amortized Reservation Cost can be viewed and monitor in the AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets and AWS Cost and Usage Reports

You can now view the Amortized Reservation cost in AWS Cost and Usage Reports and AWS Cost Explorer and you can also monitor the cost through Amazon Web Service Budgets. It will become convenient to control and understand the comprehensive cost of workloads covered by Amazon DynamoDB reservation, Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute, Amazon RedShift and Amazon Relational Database Service. When you will be purchasing a Partial Upfront or Upfront reservation you will receive a discount by paying in advance of any qualifying resource usage.
