Request Attributes can use on Amazon Lex to authorize specific information to pass from the client to the Amazon Lex as a part of each request. You can set up a custom request attributes or select a pre-defined request level attribute. Amazon Lex currently supports time-zone as per chosen request level attribute. The Request Attribute is available in the range of the current request and that is ideal for sending information that you do not wish to keep for the entire season. For example, You can use a custom request attributes for a financial services chatbot to customise the request attributes to pass critical information such as Client account ID. The timezone attributes can be utilized to customise the response to the request and solve the time based on the user location.
