Amazon introduced AWS Configuration Dashboard

Amazon Web Services now provides Configuration to AWS Dashboard with an outline view of the assets in your account. The total number of the resources that are being recorded in the account can be viewed from the AWS Configuration Dashboard and you can easily access the Configuration History. The number of resources can be easily identified in each region when they are non-docile with the configuration rules. The Configuration rules that are the most non-docile resources can be viewed and you can drill down to view the resources that are not docile with the Configuration rule.   API is supported by AWS Configuration so you will able to find the resource inventory count by getting to know the total number of resources that the Configuration is recording in the AWS account.
