You can use Microphones and other output devices with Amazon AppStream 2.0

Amazon Web Services announced that you can now use Microphones and other output devices with the streamed application that has made available by Amazon Appstream 2.0. With the latest release of this update, you can now use various applications such as tools that are used to record voiceovers, call center solutions and also video editing software with Amazon AppStream 2.0. You can now access this now from Linux based desktops, Mac OS devices, and Windows PCs also as your applications are streamed to an HTML5 browser. USB microphones, Analog and built in microphones are supported by Amazon AppStream 2.0. You just have to click Enable Microphone from the Amazon AppStream 2.0 toolbar.
