VMware Cloud on Amazon Web Service is available now in AWS US West Region (Oregon)

The introduction of VMware Cloud on Amazon Web Service brings VMware’s Software-Defined Data Center (SDCC) to the Amazon Web Service cloud. With this new release, you can operate your application on VMware vSphere based public, private and the hybrid cloud environments with the perfectly optimized access to the Amazon Web Service. VMware Cloud on Amazon Web Service is supported, delivered and sold by the VMware as the elastically-scalable and on demand cloud service that eradicates the barriers to cloud portability and cloud migration by increasing the IT efficiency which opens new opportunity to leverage a hybrid cloud environment. VMware Cloud on Amazon Web Service is available in AWS US West (Oregon) Region and slowly it will extend to other AWS regions in 2018.
