Oz Minerals want their Employee to work like AWS

The CEO of Oz Minerals, Andrew Cole wants their staff to work like Amazon so they can work and think, like employees at innovative technology giants. Andrew Cole told its senior executive to adapt the methods of working used at Amazon because of the revolution in the Technology sector and its operations transferred to Amazon Web Services. The company 2 years ago had already taken a decision in shifting their data center to SAP Hana which will be managed by AWS by getting rid of all hardware that use to run their systems. Paul Migliorini believes that it can ease the use of technology and make it very profitable.
