Deploy Additional domain Controllers to your AWS Directory Service for Microsoft Active Directory for increase in performance and Redundancy

Now you can increase the performance and Redundancy in AWS Microsoft AD by setting up additional domain controllers. AWS Microsoft AD is a Managed and highly available Active Directory built on Windows Server 2012 R2. You don’t have to synchronize identities from Active Directory to the AWS Cloud with AWS Microsoft AD. It provides automated software updates, failover and security patching as part of the service. By adding the domain controllers it will increase the redundancy which will provide greater resilience and higher availability. The performance will also increase of the application by enabling directory clients to load balance the request from a larger number of domain controllers.
