AWS has introduced Amazon EC2 G3 instances the latest generation of Amazon EC2

AWS has now launched G3 instances which are the latest generation of Amazon EC2 Accelerated Compute instances. Amazon EC2 G3 instances will acquire a powerful sequence of CPU, GPU and host memory for workloads such as 3D visualizations, 3D rendering, graphics-intensive remote workstations, virtual reality applications and video encoding. A G3 instance provides the ability to double the CPU power and doubles the host memory at per GPU by comparing it to the powerful GPU instances available today. It is backed by NVIDIA Tesla M60 GPU’S which allows it to offer more capacity power. You can do 3D Visualisation analyses such as computer aided design, seismic visualization jobs or medical image processing in less time compared to the other GPU cloud instance.
