Gene Farrell and Amazon Web Services have resolved their Law Suit

Amazon Web Services have dropped their lawsuit against Gene Farrell because of the issue of leaving the company and joining the company of Amazon competitor currently in the market. Gene Farell was the Vice President of Amazon Web Services who then left Amazon for the Senior Vice President Role in Smartsheet.

Smartsheet Spokesperson revealed that the dispute between Amazon and Gene Farrell is settled on a temporary constraint on his role in Smartsheet with the agreement with Amazon. He also added that they are pleased to have him back on the team and continues to serve to grow our business and the customers.
