AWS Budgets advanced filtering options can now be utilised to extend the cost monitoring capabilities

Amazon Web Service Budgets allows you to set custom budgets that will notify you when the cost and usage exceed the limit. AWS Budgets can be used to monitor the total monthly cost or filter the budgets to track the cost related to the certain usage dimension. You can now use the advanced filtering feature to easily and quickly control the specific cost categories that you want to exclude or include in the budget. The Advanced filtering option includes taxes, credits, upfront reservation fees, subscription costs, refund, AWS support charges and recurring reservation charges.
